Question

Mera sawaal yeh hai ke ek shaksh apni biwi ke sath humbistari karne ke turant baad 3 talaaq de di to kya 3 talaaq ho jayegi ab woh dono sath rahna chahte hai to kya hukm hai woh doni kya kare?

Answer

Teen talaaq hogai aur nikah toot gaya. Ab tum dono ke lie saath rehna jaaiz nahei he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
