Is the Kalaam of Allah Ta'ala qadeem?

Question

In the Ahaadith like the following:

ینزل ربنا عز و جل کل لیلة الی سماء الدنیا حین یبقی ثلث اللیل الاخر فیقول من یدعونی فاستجیب له من یسئلنی فاعطیه من یستغفرنی فاغفر له

How do we understand this? Is All Allah Ta'ala's speech qadeem?

Answer

The kalaam of Allah Ta`ala is qadeem. Its muta`alliq and zuhoor is haadith.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
