Which types of fish are halaal

Question

I would like to know what types of fish are permitted to eat? I mean we as Sunni are told that shrimps are makrooh? What about Shark fish?

Answer

All sea life that come under the category of fish are permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
