Zabardasti se sharaab pilaya gaya aur wo peekar marjaana

Question

Agr kisi minor 17 year old ko pehli bar koi mature zabardasti tease kar ke sharab pilaye or wo minor bike accident main mar jaye to uski bakhshish kesay ho sakti hay?

Answer

Agar dhoka khilaa kar us ko pilaaya gaya aur woh peekar margaya to woh gunahgaar nahi hoga. Balke pilaane wale gunahgaar hoga.
