Fulaa shakhs ke saath zina karne par talaaq ku muallaq karna

Question

Agar showhar shaq ki bunyaad pay biwi ko kahey ke agar tum ne falah shakas ke sath sex kia ho to tumhain teen talaq hai. Kia is sey talaq waqe ho jate hain ya nahian jabke biwi ka kehna hai ke ma ney uss shaqs ky sath sex nahn kia. Kindly answer me.

Answer

Agar us ne nahi kya, to talaaq nahi huwi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
