Can an individual make faskh of nikaahs?

Question

Can any individual or maulana run his own shop of darul qaza for faskh e nikah?

Answer

It is appropriate that this be done by a group of people that are experienced and righteous to avoid any doubts, suspicion and mistakes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
