Talaaq ku kisi function ko jaane par muallaq karna

Question

Ager koye apne bivi ko ak rishtadar k gar se manah kari aur hahi tum ager is function k lye gaye tu tum muj per talaq aur wo na jaye bad ma husand ki ijazat k sat us rishtadar k foot hone pe gaye tu talaq waqi tu nahi hogi?

Answer

Bazaahir function se muraad eik khaas function tha aur marne ke ba`d woh function ki baat nahi rahi. Us mouqa par jane se talaaq waaqi nahi hogi.
