Bribery

Question

If you can please enlighten me about a business like custom clearing and forwarding in Pakistan. You are the middle man between government and importer. you are forced to give bribe to custom officials in order to make them work otherwise they will linger you. They call it fees while government pays them already. From a sweeper till collector everybody works in this manner. Please guide me in detail or guide me where I can get detail to save my imaan.

Bribery is haraam.
