Thinking about death

Question

While I am sleeping, sometimes I feel like I am in my grave and wake up suddenly. Once I dreamt I am falling into a grave. Please advise.

Answer

You should frequently remember death and make preparations for the life of the hereafter.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
