Wife refusing to allow her husband to see his children

Question

My wife left me and went to her aunt's house with my two children. Now she stays there with my children. Its been one year they are not giving me my children back, what should I do?

Answer

They are your children. You have all the right to take away your children.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
