Question

Agar kisi shakhs ne kasam uthai magar us se toot gai naa chahtay huey bhi to is ka izaala aur hal kia hai Allah key haan?

Answer

Qasam torne ka kaffarah ada kare.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
