Question

Can I read the Quran without wudhu and without a head scarf? I read Quran from my phone in English transliteration as I cannot read Arabic.

Answer

It is not permissible to recite the Quran in any other language besides Arabic. Hence, you should refrain from reciting the Quran from the English transliteration.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
