Talaaq ke baare me kuch sawaalaat

Question

1. Agar wife kahay k mai ne aap k sath nhi rehna or shohar kahay "theek hai" to kia hukam hai?

2. Kia future k words se talaq hoti hai.

3. Talaq ki niyyat se kia muraad hai?

Answer

1. Koi talaaq nahi.

2. Alfaaz bataaye to hum hukm bataayenge.

3. Agar kisee ne kinaai alfaaz isti`maal kya ho talaaq ki niyyat se talaaq waaqi hogi.
