Father in-law committing zina with the daughter in law

Question

I need a fatwa if a marriage can be saved after finding out that a father in law had a relationship, fling with his daughter in law. No sexual intercourse happened. The father in law made maaf and they repented. The father in law is late...

Answer

The daughter-in-law's marriage has broken up.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
