Kya aurat apne bawon (eyebrows) ke baal ya kahi or ke rongte yabaal kaat sakte hai saaf kara sakti hai

Answer

Aabroo ke baal kaatna jaaiz nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
