Question

Can I make nikaah with a lady who is 8 months pregnant with my child?

Answer

Yes. However, the child will not be yours i.e. not attributed to you. It will be attributed to its mother for all purposes, like inheritance etc.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
