Khwaab ki ta'beer

Question

Meri dadi maa ka inteqal hogaya. Aaj me unku khawab mein dekhi or woh bed pe leti hui thi or wahan ek lady doctor ayi or checkup kiya toh meri dadi maa unsey kehrahi thi k mere pet me bohat dard hora or unka pet bohat bada tha shayed woh pregnant thi shayad.plz is khawab ki tabeer bataye or iska kya Matlab hai?

Answer

Un ke liye dua-e-maghfirat kare aur esaal-e-sawaab kare.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
