Talaaq biwi ke ghair haaziri me dena
Question
In the presence of 2 witnesses, if the husband gives his wife a divorce but his wife was not present in that venue, kia divorce ho gi?
Answer
Divorce hogi.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
