Kufriya kalimaat kehne se nikaah toot jaati he?

Question

Mera sawal ye hai k kufria kalimat se insan kafir ho jata hy aur nikah bhe toot jata hy. Talaq k jaisay 3 chance hotay hain kia isi tarha kufria kalimat ki wajah se b nikah totnay k 3 chance hotay hain. Dusar hum log aksar school mai class fellows ko result k waqt mazaq me kaha kertay thy "aye iman walo tum per supplian(compartment) farz ki gai hain jesa k tum se pehle logon per ki gai thi" Qurani ayat ko mazaq k lye istemal kia. Kia ye be kufria kalimat hain?

Answer

1. Eik martabah kufriya kalimaat kehne se islam se nikal jaata he.

2. Ham in alfaaz "supplian (compartment)" ko samajhte nahi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
