Talaaq deta hu kehna

Question

Agr shohar apny baap sy fone per bt kr raha ho aur kahy k phone usy do ya speaker open karo main usy talaq deta hn baap kahy ni...lekin bv sath bethi ho aur awaz us tak pohnch jati hai...per shohar ki niyat na thi talaq deny ki sirf dhamkany k liye aisa kaha...is mamly main rehnumai farma dain plz...

Answer

Agar talaaq diya nahi, mahaz kaha talaaq deta hu aur mustaqbil ka iraadah tha to nahi huwa.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
