Ghusal when seeing wetness after having a wet dream

Question

I want to ask if we see nudity in the dream and dont remember discharging and upon waking up we see some wetness of which we are sure that its mazi do we have to perform ghusal? And whats the difference between wetdream and an erotic dream?
