Suspending the talaaq
Question
If a husband said to his wife that if you talk to your sister then you will be divorced. Later on the husband gives her the permission to talk to her and said to her I will not say anything to you and you can talk to your sister, and after that the wife talked with her sister. In this case will the divorce occur or not?
Answer
The divorce will take place through her speaking to her sister.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
