Purchasing repossessed land to construct a musjid
Question
If someone got land from a bank by mortgage/loan and due to non payment of the fees, the land was taken by the bank. Is it permissible for me to buy that land after it is auctioned by the bank through the courts system, for the purpose of building a musjid etc.?
