Published as The customer gaining ownership of the goods after the sale is concluded
Question
A supplier sold fabric to a customer and delivered it to him. The fabric has not been paid for by the customer and it is highly unlikely that the customer is in a position to pay due to his severe financial debts. Do the goods belong to the supplier or customer?
Answer
After the goods are sold to the customer, they will belong to the customer.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
