Question

My aunty is 60 years old and last month her husband died. She is observing her iddat. Her daughter's marriage was fixed long before her husband died. Can my aunt travel out of the city with her sons and other family members for the wedding. Can she stay there?

Answer

It is not permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
