Question

My sister's husband's income is not good. In a month sometimes it happens that they are hungry the whole day. On the other hand she has fridge, TV etc. Can I give her zakat money.

Answer

If she does not possess the nisaab amount, then you may assist her with zakaat.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
