Betiyo ke liye wasiyyat karna

Question

Agar walid ne kaha ho ki meri property ya har chiz mai betiyo ka koi hissa nahi hai or maine inki shadiya kardi hai baki 2 lakh rupee or die jaege bas inhe par 2 lakh die nahi or is baat ka koi wasiyat naama nahi likha gaya bas muh se kahi hui baat hai or walid ka inteqal ho gaya to bete apni behno ko pura hissa denge ya jo walid ne kaha ho wo hoga ??

Answer

Unko apna poora hissah dena chaahiye jo meeraath se banta ho. Poora hissah ka matlab betha ka aadha hissah.
