Ager shoher ghareeb ho aur biwi ko jahaiz mai zaiwer mila ho k us pr zakat farz ho tu biwi tutions prha kr shoher ko zakaat dai skti hai?

Answer

Biwi showhar ku zakaat nahi desakti.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
