Zihaar ka mas'alah ka muzaakarah karne se zihaar hogi?

Aik din mai apni wife ko zihaar k baray me bata raha tha k "agar shohar biwi se kahay k tumhari back meri maan(mother) ki back ki misal hai to zihar ho jata hai". puchna ye chahta hoon k mera ye jumla kehnay se to zihaar ni ho jai ga.
Answer
Nahi. Ye mas'alah ka muzaakarah tha ne ke biwi ko zihaar dena.
