Taking hotel food to the room
Question
If an Umrah or Haj package includes breakfast, is it permissible for a person to eat breakfast, thereafter take some food with him to the room for the next meal or snack? Some dining rooms have a notice asking guests not to take food to their rooms.
Answer
He should not take food to the room unless the authorities allow him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
