Talaaq ke ba'd rujoo karna

Question

Agar koi mard apni bv ko shadi k bad talak dta hai.. or talak hojati hai.. lekin wo apne khandan ki wjha se rujo krleta hai biwi se.. or os k bad un k do bachae hojatae hai.. mjhy yh batyega talaq k bad bachae na jaiz hue?

Answer

Agar us ne teen talaaq nahi di, sirf eik ya do raji talaaq di aur iddat ke dawraan me shohar rujoo kare, to rujoo saabit hogi aur nikaah saheeh hoga owr jo bachche paida honge un ke nasab durust honge.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
