Wazifah to sell one's property

Question

We have been trying to sell our property for a while now. We have had a few buyers who were really very interested in buying our property, but they changed their mind at the last minute with no valid reasons. Is there anything that we can do or any dua to sell our property?

Answer

Recite the following dua after salaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
