"Chordena" kehne se talaaq?

Agar shohar kisi se biwi ke baray mai kahay k mai ne apni biwi ko market mai choorr dia hai yani market mai drop ker dia hy. aur phir us k dil mai khial aye k chorr dena kehnay se to talaq ho jati hai. es ka kia hukam ho ga. kia aisa khial anay se bhe nikah per koi faraq paray ga

Answer

Agar uski niyyat talaaq dene ke nahi thi aur ye lafz "chordena" aapke yahaa muta`addad ma`aani keliye istimaal hota he to talaaq nahi huwi.
