Question

Please advise me regarding my wealth after my death. I don't want to give my wealth to my children after my death as a punishment for them. Can I make a will and give all my wealth to charity instead of my children after my death?

Answer

No. It is not permissible. If you do so, you will be punished in the Hereafter.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
