Question

I sent khula to my husband on a normal piece of paper that I want khula. If he signed on that normal paper, will khula be completed or is there a special certificate required from the Qazi also?

Answer

If your husband accepted the khula, then the khula is valid. You do not require anything else.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
