Kia har namaz se pehle istinja karna zaruri he?

Answer

Nahi. Agar paak ho to istinjaa ki dharoorat nahi.

(الاستنجاء على خمسة أوجه) واجبان أحدهما غسل نجاسة المخرج في الغسل عن الجنابة والحيض والنفاس كي لا تشيع في بدنه والثاني إذا تجاوزت مخرجها يجب عند محمد رحمه الله قل أو كثر وهو الأحوط وعندهما يجب إذا تجاوز قدر الدرهم لأن ما على المخرج سقط اعتباره لجواز الاستجمار فيه فيبقى المعتبر ما وراءه والثالث سنة وهو إذا لم تتجاوز النجاسة مخرجها والرابع مستحب وهو إذا بال ولم يتغوط يغسل قبله والخامس بدعة وهو الاستنجاء من الريح كذا في الاختيار شرح المختار (الفتاوى الهندية ١/٥٠)
