Waalidain ke divorce ke ba'd awlaad ke haqq maal me

Question

Divorce ke baad.... Beta baap ke sath rehta hai aur do betiyan Maa ke sath. Divorce ke bad teeno bacche maa bap dono ke hi hai... Lekin kya baap ke property me ab bhi betiyon ka haq hai?

Answer

Maa baap ki wafaat ke bad sub awlaad jo zinda he waraasat ke haqdaar honge shariat ke mutaayan hisso ke mutaabiq.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
