Keeping one's daughter's name Ayah Samad

Question

I understand the name Samad cannot be used as a first name. I want to name my daughter Ayah Samad or Ayah as Samad is this possible or is it also haraam to use without Abdul being associated with Samad?

Answer

We suggest that you don't keep this name.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
