Question

The meaning of a Hindu boy's name is "lord of the world", is it allowed for me to take his name to talk about him with somebody?

Answer

It is reprehensible to keep these types of names. Hence, you may refer to him or call him by his surname.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
