Will hurmat-e-musaaharah be established if a woman was touched without lust?

Question

If a person touches a woman intentionally but there is no lust before and after, is hurmat-e-musaaharah established?

If a person touches a woman intentionally but there is no lust, can he marry her daughter?

Answer

Though the hurmat will not apply, but this is a great haraam. Refrain from this.
