Cleaning a blanket messed with impurity

Question

How to clean a blanket from the impurity that occurred by a wet dream as it is hard to wash a blanket in winter. Is it compulsory to wash the blanket or can we leave it to dry in direct sunlight to make it clean?

Answer

Just wash the area that is najis.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
