Did Allah plan prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) before Adam (alaihis salaam)?

Question

When Allah thought about creating humans, was prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) the first to come to mind, i.e. did Allah plan prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) before Adam (alaihis salaam)?

Answer

His nubuwwat was decreed to be first.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
