Earning a living from something that the government does not allow
Question
If the governtment doesn't allow tution and someone makes money out of tution, then is the money haram or not?
Answer
The government does not decide what is halaal and haraam. The money received from the tuition is not haraam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
