Performing qadha of the sunnah of fajr salaah

Question

If the fajar prayer is qaza. Do I need to pray only farz for qaza of Fajr or both Farz and Sunnah?

Answer

Only the fardh.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
