Doubting whether one performed witr salaah

Question

I heard that one should not pray two times witr in one night. I forgot whether I prayed witr or not after isha. What to do?

Answer

If you don't remember then you should do the witr.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
