Talaaq naama par ek talaaq likhna

Question

Meri ek bahen hai woh 4-5 saal se maike me hai uske shohar ne usko ek notice bheji hai jis me likha hai me tum ko pahela talaaq deta hu notice me shohar ne signature kiya hai aur 2 gawah ka naam hai unho ne bhi signature kiye hai to kya shariat se pahela talaaq hojayga?

Answer

Jee ha pehli talaaq waaqi hogayee.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
