Shirkat me fixed raqam lena

Question

Kisi ke sath ek fix munafe ki rakam ke sath karobar kar sakte hain? Jaise maine 1000 rupaye karobar main lagaye hain aur munafa 100 rupaye har month fix hai Us se jyada jitna bhi nafa nuksaan ho ga who us ka karobar crude oil main trading ka hai

Answer

Agar aap ke muraad 1000 rupee kissie aur ke karobaar me lagaaienge aur un ke saath shirkat karenge, aur har mahina jo nafa mil jaaye tijaarat se, to wo aap ko 100 rupee denge, to ye jaaiz nahi he. Ye riba aur sood he. Nafa ko kissie miqdaar ke saath muta'ayyan karna jaaiz nahi he. Agar shirkat ko saheeh tariqe par karna he, to feesat (%) ke hisaab se kya jaaye mathalan wo aap ke liye nafa me se 20% muqarrar kare, to wo 20% jitna bhi ho, kam ya ziyaada, aap ko milega. Leikin shirkat me har shareek nafa aur nuqsaan me shareek honge.
