"Mahr ki fikar na kare" ka muraad

Agar wife gusse me husband se ye keh de ke chorh de mujhe ya rishta khatam kar de aur mahr ki fikar na kare par niyyat uski mahr maaf karne ki na ho just muhlat dene ki ho ke jab afford kar sake tab adaa kar de aur husband divorce be de den to kiya iss soorat me mahr khatam ho jata hai?

Answer

Aam bol chaal me "Fikar na kare" se muraad kabi maaf karna he aur kabi muhlat dena he. Lihaza jab biwi ne kaha ke us ne showhar ku maaf nahi kya, balke uska muraad sirf muhlat dena tha, to shohar ko chahiye ke mahr adaa kare.
