Mujy ek larki pasand hy. Kuch din pehly hum log baity howy thy to main ny ghussy mia us sy kaha ky main hosh wa hawas my keh raha ho ky agar maira nikah aap sy howa to aap ko use waqt 3 talaaq hoge. Ab mai us sy nikah karna chahta hu to is ka hal batay please.

Answer

Uska hal ye he ke koi doosra shakhs ba ghayr aap se daryaaft kiye aur ba ghayr ijaazat liye us larki se nikaah karde aapki taraf se aap keliye fudhooli ban kar khood hee iejaab wa qubool karle aur aap ko ittilaa karde ke me ne falaa aurat se tera nikaah kardiya aur itna mahr mu'ajjal deejiye. Uspar aap zubaan se kuch na kahe aur khaamoosh rahe aur matloobah mahr mu'ajjal dede. To ye aap ki taraf se ijaazat bil fe'l ho jaayegi aur nikaah durust ho jaayega.
