What is the hukam (ruling) of the two salaams in janaazah salaah?

Question

What is the hukam (ruling) of the two salaams in janaazah salaah? If we go to Makkah, how should we do it because the imam only makes one salaam?

Answer

It is sunnat.

Make the second salaam on your own.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
